Terms of Service

Benejam CRM is the internal case-management application of the clinical practice of Dr. Gustavo Benejam, Psy.D. Access is granted by the practice to its own staff and to the clients it invites to its client portal. It is not offered to the general public and accounts cannot be self-created.

Using an account you were not given, or attempting to reach records outside the access you were granted, is not permitted.

Staff accounts require a second authentication factor. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your authenticator to yourself, and for telling the practice promptly if you believe either has been compromised.

This application holds clinical and personal information about real people. Anything you view, enter or export from it is confidential, and may only be used for the work of the practice. Taking records out of the system is recorded.

The practice may connect a Google account it owns so the application can keep contacts, calendars and case documents consistent. What that connection accesses, and what it will never write, is described in the Privacy Policy. The connection can be ended at any time from within the application or from the Google account itself.

The application is provided as-is for the practice’s own operations. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure in a service it depends on. These terms may be updated; the date above says when they last were.
